Meet Louie.

You may already know his cousin, Vlad... But Louie doesn't take much after him. Aside from the mustache, they have almost nothing in common. And their differences don't end with the fact that Louie is less than HALF of Vlad's size. I mean, he's just under 4" tall!

While Vlad is serious and stern, Louie is the life of the party. No, really! He's either dancing or making balloon animals.

Well, trying to make balloon animals. He's a cactus so it doesn't always work out... but don't say anything! He's pretty insecure about that.
